Subhash Aryal, Ph.D. is
an assistant professor in the Department of Biostatistics
in the School of Public Health at the University of North
Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) at Fort Worth.
Dr. Aryal
received his B. S (2001), in Mathematics and Statistics
from University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama and
M.S. (2004) and Ph.D. (2008) from University of Illinois
at Chicago
(UIC), Chicago, Illinois. His research focus is mainly
on longitudinal data analysis and environmental statistics.
He has provided statistical consultation on study design,
data management and data analysis to medical practitioners
and other public health professionals for their research
projects as well as grant proposals at UIC and UNTHSC.
Dr. Aryal
has coauthored published articles on statistics in
environmental sciences (construction of prediction and tolerance
limits,
treatment of left-censored data) and social and behavioral
sciences (sample size determination for longitudinal
designs, functional MRI). He is the coauthor of Statistical
Methods
for GroundWater Monitoring, 2nd Edition published by
Wiley (October 2009). |
