DRUGStat

drugstat.zip (6,284 KB)

DRUGStat is an easy to use system for determining which drugs are potentially harmful or protective relative to all other drugs in the specific class of drugs of interest. For example, the program can be used to determine if the rate of suicide for a certain drug is higher or lower than would be expected for antidepressant drugs in general.

In DRUGStat, you can import large files containing drug-adverse event interaction data and then prepare the data for analysis by selecting the adverse events and drugs to include in the Inter-Drug and Intra-Drug analyses. You can further customize the analyses by specifying time windows for individual drugs and by setting statistical options.
